New businesses get 30 days of Wrenbase’s full feature set, free and with no card up front. You can use everything, send invoices, set up Invoice Me, manage vendors, so the trial actually shows you what the platform does.

Near the end, we email you a reminder. If you don’t move to a paid plan by the time the trial ends, nothing is charged: your account simply steps down to the free plan. There’s no surprise bill and no sales call.

After the trial

The free plan keeps your account and all your data, invoices, contacts, vendors, and history, along with the core of the app, so you can keep sending invoices and recording payments. Some of the more advanced capabilities are part of the paid plans, and your data is one upgrade away from having them back.

Members and roles

Add teammates from Organization → Members. There are two roles today: admin and member. Admins can do everything, including managing accounts and billing; members can create and send invoices but can’t change billing or manage other people.
