Integrations

Wrenbase connects to the tools you already run, so your data doesn’t live on an island. Connect once, and the integration works in the background.

Connect once, then forget about it

What you can connect

You’ll find integrations under Integrations → Systems, with payment connections under Integrations → Payment Providers. These are rolling out, so some appear as early access.

  • QuickBooks: sends your invoices and payments to QuickBooks automatically, one way. Wrenbase pushes to QuickBooks; it never reads your books back.
  • Mailchimp: brings your Mailchimp audience into Wrenbase as contacts, so the people you email are also the people you can invoice.
  • Google Calendar: adds a due-date reminder to your calendar when an invoice arrives, so a payment doesn’t slip your mind.
  • Payment providers: connecting Stripe to accept card payments is being finalized and shows as coming soon for now. See Payments for how getting paid works today.

How connecting works

Every integration connects through the provider’s own sign-in, so you authorize Wrenbase from Google, QuickBooks, or the like. We never ask for your password to anything, and no credentials are stored on our side. You can disconnect any integration whenever you want, and the connection is removed.

Not available today

Some common requests aren’t supported yet. If one matters to you, let us know at [email protected], since customer demand is how we decide what to build next:

  • Other accounting tools beyond QuickBooks
  • Additional payment providers
  • Chat and CRM tools
